Valérie is the Country Nursing Director and Quality Manager for France and Morocco.

Valérie works transversally and in close collaboration with the national and regional management team, she is responsible for deploying the strategy and requirements of the Diaverum Group at the national level in her area of ​​expertise; she also guarantees the quality and safety of the care provided to patients treated in dialysis centres in France, ensures the smooth running of the internal d.ACADEMY training process and the proper use of group tools or software such as Irims or d.CAT or PQ Tools.

She supervises the quality and risk management within Diaverum premises, in close collaboration with local quality managers, health executives, pharmacists and medical teams, and actively participates in the preparation of HAS certifications or any other internal or external audit

Valérie started her career in Diaverum as a registered nurse in Marseille in 1988, and specialised in dialysis in 1989. She became Head Nurse in 1999, and after a year studying at the National Head Nurse Institute she has been graduated in “Administration, Economics, Human resources and Management” in 2005. In 2012, she has obtained a University Diploma in “Ethical approach in healthcare practices”. Since then, Valérie held different roles within Diaverum, in Quality area, and in 2014 she became both Country Nursing Director and Quality Manager.
